My morning prayer

Lord, I hurry to you quickly,
There is no-one more valuable than you!
There is no-one more important than you!
You – God are the Creator of the whole universe.
Everything around lives through you.
Your Spirit gives breath to all.
Only You – are the source of all life,
Creator of the sky, stars, seas.
After all, if there was no You,
Then there would be no me,
And there would be nothing.
For you, Lord, — are the Creator of everything.
How foolish, loving something,
To value that more than You.
For there can be nothing more foolish –
Than for a Creature to think more highly of himself than of the Creator!
Those who act like that with You,
Simply do not know the truth,
For You alone are the true God,
And all false gods – shame and smog.
For You are not simply Absolute,
Not simply strength here or there,
Not simply “there is something out there somewhere”,
You are Someone – and not just a mix of power.
You are Someone – not a faceless God.
And I want You to help me understand with all my soul
The difference between Your everything and You.
You are my defence and shelter,
I don’t need other gods!
I reject all idols.
I don’t want to serve Your estate 
Instead of You.
I embrace You with my whole heart!
King, Whose Kingdom has no end,
Show the light of Your countenance, 
I ask, and show me Your face.
And may your wonderful glory go before me.
Reveal yourself even to me, I pray.
So that I might know you with all my soul,
I pray, and reveal Your path to me.
Every beat of my heart, loving,
Wants to know You, God.
My soul thirsts for you, God.
Glory to You, that my destiny is in You.
Sweet, loving, dear Lord,
I so want to be with you more and more,
To meet every dawn on my knees,
And to call to you with all my soul.
O All-powerful God, You are so necessary to me!
Fellowship on the wave of the Holy Spirit
Is as necessary to me as air – dialogue with You.
My cry – “Hear me, God!”
For there is no-one, God, more important than You.
All my dreams are directed towards You.
And there is no-one, God, better than You!
You are above all perfection, all bounds of beauty.
People are nothing — like empty dust,
In comparison with You, Great Creator.
And I like a molecule, a living atom,
Stand before you in awe.
You ask for prayers to be offered to You.
You ask, although You could just command.
Thank You, Lord, for the great honour!
Thank You, Lord, that you are!
Thank You, that you thirst for fellowship with me
So strongly, that you gave the life of Your own Son,
So that I could be with You for eternity,
To delight in You, to be friends with You.
The Earth is just like a bit of fluff in Your hands,
But how much I mean in Your eyes!
How can I express to God, my Father,
All the depth of my gratitude?!
I want to pray and call on God
And read the Bible more and more.
I have often communed with you along the way,
When I am going somewhere.
Jesus also climbed a mountain at dawn
And spent time with You there.
And he commanded us to do the same:
To find solitude and commune with You.
I want to live by this commandment
And to come to You in a secret place,
To hear Your voice, communing with You,
My sweet, loving, dear Lord!
For a secret room – that is Your House,
Where you dwell in the Holy Spirit,
Where You wait for me in order to speak with me,
Where You want to open Your heart to me.
And let this be, my Lord,
My number one priority
In my life, above all other affairs.
You are my holiness and You are my destiny.
Help me to be constant, God,
To come to You faithfully every morning.
Give to me the minimum – time, place and purpose of prayer
So that I may not hit the bottom in shallow waters.
And accountability and order in everything
So that this deed was successful and fruitful.
Where there is confusion and where there is chaos
The load of prayer responsibility becomes boring and heavy.
But where order and faithfulness reign,
Prayer flies to God merrily!
May the framework of my secret room be firm 
So that the Holy Spirit is not extinguished in me!
May no people, no demons, no laziness
Prevent me from beginning the day with You!
Nor circumstances or mood hinder my morning prayer.
May the armature of my prayer be strong
So that my flesh does not look gloomy.
God will show us a great wonder
And I will be ready for a springboard of miracles!
May our hearts be drawn closer, God –
May the communion of our souls never come to an end!
Draw me closer to You, God,
Allow me to adhere my heart to You.
My own, sweet, loved Daddy,
How happy I am that I am your son, God!
The meaning of my life is communion with You.
You are my joy and my peace.
This is what I live and breathe for
And why I hurry to You in the morning.
My social life and family life
I love only to please You.
You are the aim of my life – again and again
To rejoice in the Lord and worship.
As the deer pants for the waters
So my soul thirsts for You to act.
How I long for the court where You dwell
O Lord of strength, O God of glory and love!

Loving my neighbours as myself
I love You a milliard times more.
And I show this love to You
By coming to commune with You.
May my love for God grow
And be kindled in my heart again.
Not only in labour is the root of my victory,
The reason for my success, my defence from calamity
But in the fact that I come to You, Lord,
And spend so many hours with You.
My strength is not so much in me
As in the holy quietness of prayer,
In searching for God, in communion with You,
Sweet, loved, dear Lord.
For my problems are stronger than me,
But they are not stronger than You, my Lord.
In You is the way out of very dead end,
The key to solving every problem, God of Gods,
And without you I’m like a hamster in a wheel.
Happiness smiles on me with You.
And so again and again
I want to know You more, God.
God, reveal Your names to me.
In them Your Person is revealed.
I am so tired from empty bustle,
I understand that you are all I need.
Everything else comes after You
In order to praise You.
Ghosts of happiness, the mirage of success
Are not necessary to me. I need You. 
God, reveal Yourself to me as You are,
So that I can boldly bear the Good News.
Who are You? What are You like? What is in Your heart?
Tell me when we are alone together.
I want to understand Your character and nature,
In order to praise You more firmly in life,
And to do only what is pleasing to You.
Reveal Yourself more deeply to me, God.
Allow me to know You, Father, as Jesus knew You,
I call upon You, I pray to You.
Make me like Jesus,
May Your beauty shine in me.
And may the fruit of the Spirit keep growing in me
Until the flesh completely dies.
Create in me a new heart,
Full of the Holy Spirit inside.
Joy and meekness and peace and love
May they be resourced again and again.
And may self-control, gentleness and patience
Extinguish all the agitation in my soul.
And may kindness, mercy and faith
Be multiplied in me without measure.
I want to adopt many qualities
And through them capture hearts for Your Kingdom
And if I am suddenly on a dangerous path
Return my heart to Your eternal path.
Save me from dangers, death, sins,
From the false teaching of various bonds,
From seductions and illness
Save me and all people from evil for ever.
If a trap is set for me
Give me a revelation about this whilst I sleep.
If You see a trap for my feet
May Your hurricane carry it away.
And if the net of darkness encompasses me
Make the net quickly burn away.
Destroy all the plans of the Evil One,
Defend and watch over me, God.
Express Your heart through me,
And give me Your character, Lord.
Bend Your ear to my prayer,
Change my feelings and thoughts.
Do not allow me to fall away from You,
Or to love something more strongly than I love You.
Check all the prayers in me
And influence me even all the more strongly.
Help me in temptation
Not to skid over the footmarks
And not to overstep Your will
But to fulfill it with bold faithfulness.
God, keep me from extremes also,
Give me wisdom and sense each day
To understand Your priorities,
To see and set apart the important.
Make me Your vessel,
Which I should have become long ago.
And make me the husband, God,
Which I should have become long ago.
And make me the kind of father, God,
So that I am the kind of father that you are
And make me the kind of brother
Who is not guilty of anything.
I want to be a diligent disciple
Of Jesus Christ, to whom the Spirit is attracted.
O Holy Spirit of God, descend on me
Changing the whole root of my life.
I want to be full of spiritual gifts,
And am ready to serve the Church of Christ with them,
So that many people could believe in Jesus Christ,
Not remaining in the distance.
Use me in your proclamation,
Fulfill all my dreams
And fulfill more than I can dream of,
I ask, revealing Yourself.
I decide to ask that thousands would turn to You
During the days of my life.
Make me a fisher of men,
Your representative, driven by God,
So that I could speak about Christ boldly
And preach by your miracle.
I want to serve You, Lord of Glory
So that thousands submit to you in faith.
Annoint me, Lord, bless me,
May Your power be in my blood.
Grant me success and victory, Lord!
And may the rays of success and the dew of good luck 
Smile on me like spring on summer.
May the voices of my children 
Caress with joy my loving father’s ear.
May Your Divine Spirit create all this.
Give me, God, strength, power and honour!
Thank You that you are, Lord.
May the God-knowledge of Your life
Flourish in my life.
For You are my Dad. I am in You.
I pray, Dad, for you to care for me lovingly.
Give me all I need, God,
So that my house was full of blessings.
And may milk and honey flow in my life
To Your glory, my Saviour!
You took a sinner from deaf poverty
But what will you mould out of me now?
I know that everyone will marvel at You
Looking at me, dear Lord.
By myself I am only dust and ash
But how valuable I am in Your eyes, God.
Thank You, Jesus, for suffering for me.
Now I live, treasuring Your sacrifice.
Forgive all my sins, Lord.
When we move by our flesh, we are all bad.
I repent of everything, that angered You
And in all the evil I did without noticing.
Teach me to fulfill your commandments
And to live by your commandments.
How happy I am that I am with you forever,
O You, Lord beyond compare and My God.
Lord, do not leave me or abandon me.
Receive my prayer God. Amen!
